Felicia Francesca Gabriele is a PhD candidate in History at McGill University, where she studies women’s anti-slavery activism, histories of humanitarianism and philanthropy, and Victorian material culture. While not working on her dissertation, you can find her, reading pencil in hand, happily lost in the pages of a good book and/or dreaming up ideas for future writing projects.
