R.L. Maizes & Ali Solomon

R.L. Maizes is the author of the novel Other People’s Pets, 2021 Colorado Book Award Winner, and the short story collection We Love Anderson Cooper. She wants to know why she can’t use one of those mirrored selfies as her author photo.

Ali Solomon is a writer/illustrator from New York. She is a regular contributor to the New Yorker, and her work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, and McSweeney’s.
